Darien Sills-Evans

A native of Brooklyn, New York who has been entertaining audiences for
decades as an actor, writer, filmmaker and stand-up comedian.
He has appeared in hundreds of commercials and was the national spokesperson for US Cellular from 2013-2020. He is also known for his appearances on Tracker, The Lincoln Lawyer, The Conners, East New York, Superior Donuts, Treme, Cosby, Third Watch and many other series.

Mr. Sills-Evans is also the director and writer of the feature films X-Patriots, One Bedroom and the co-writer/producer of the Rivers Wash Over Me. He has directed music videos for Sasha Dobson, Compton College, and has directed comedy specials for Anyi Malik, Chelse Greaux, and Haji Outlaw. His branded clients include Hooked, Upper Manhattan Task Force on Aids, Human Relations Media and Sunburst Technology.

Mr. Sills-Evans is an alum of the Sony Directors Diversity Program and continues to make
television and film appearances, develop projects, perform stand-up comedy, and write novels.

His next project is the feature documentary Tino Is The Bum, set to debut in January 2026.
